It's the only national fair hiring business certification program to give consumers who want to do the right thing a simple and clear way to know where to do business. The FAIR Approved Seal let's consumers know you care about fairness. You hire only authorized U.S. workers. In fact, you use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Basic Pilot program and check every new hires' work authorization.

Only businesses that sign the pledge not to hire illegal workers and join the Basic Pilot program are FAIR Approved and may display the FAIR Approved Seal.
